Conference / Meeting Planning

CAI coordinates local, regional and national conferences as well as meetings for audiences small and large. Having overseen planning for hundreds of conferences and meetings, CAI is versed in handling all logistical arrangements, including site selection, hotel contracts, audio-visual equipment, and banquet arrangements. CAI works with planning teams or funders to develop agendas, identify speakers and expert resources, and create compelling meeting materials. In addition, CAI manages all aspects of the registration process, including development of online registration and conference websites, as well as preparing meeting/conference proceedings and evaluation reports.
