Refocusing Our Energy: Examining Contraceptive Coverage from All Angles brought together experts from the field to support a more in-depth understanding among family planning program leadership of the factors that influence their contraceptive coverage rates. This two-day meeting built on themes that emerged during face-to-face trainings provided by the New York State Center of Excellence for Family Planning and Reproductive Health Services (NYS COE) in Winter 2012/2013, offering information and strategies that leaders could take back to their programs to support improvements in their contraceptive coverage rates through the use of a performance management framework.
