With more than two decades of experience, CAI's Regional Training Center is recognized as a credible training resource in the field. We provide staff with opportunities to develop training skills and knowledge in a variety of relevant topics (See below the list of available courses).
These capacity-building opportunities help non clinical providers increase their ability to provide client centered services aimed at: Increasing early detection, assuring linkage and retention in care, improving HIV treatment adherence and achieving viral load suppression.
Special emphasis is placed on building non clinical provider’s knowledge and skills set in how to promote the self-care capacity of people living with HIV, how to effectively work with People living with HIV AIDS and what are the best approaches to reduce stigma and discrimination around HIV, Mental Illness and Substance Abuse.
