WIC Project Coordinator

CAI (Cicatelli Associates Inc.), is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and organized professional for the full-time position of WIC (Women, Infants & Children) Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will provide comprehensive and timely office support services with a variety of clerical, telephone and face-to-face activities and related tasks. They will be responsible for providing project-related support services to the Project Director. This position is based and located in CAI’s Albany, NY office.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • As the Producer, use Zoom and/or other virtual learning platforms to manage all the technical elements of the training including providing technical support to training attendees.
  • Assist in production of training/meeting announcements, calendars, flyers, etc.
  • Create and schedule all training and webinar events in the appropriate software
  • Manage participant registrations for all training events in Drupal, Learning Stream and QuickBase
  • Assist with the preparation and inventory management of training materials.
  • Work with the Production Managers to assure all materials are developed and mailed on time.
  • Facilitate pre- and post-training communications with training attendees.
  • Utilize quality assurance strategies to monitor training and registration to assure accuracy.
  • Manage all questions from training attendees regarding the WIC Project
  • Provide on-site support for in-person training in the Albany area i.e., Managers Workshop, Learning Community, etc.
  • Provide word processing, spreadsheet, and other computer-related services.
  • Participate in team meetings and meetings with NYS DOH.
  • Actively support the mission of CAI and its corporate values
  • Other duties as necessary/assigned

Minimum education, experience, and other required skills

  • BA/BS preferred. High school diploma required.
  • Previous office administrative experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom (or other virtual meeting software), QuickBase (or other project management software), and Learning Stream (or other training management systems).
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, as well as oral and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients, and consultants.

The salary for this position is $60,000. CAI offers a generous benefits package including:
