On Thursday, May 30, CAI, in partnership with the NJ Department of Health, convened a daylong conference to advance the cause of harm reduction as it rapidly expands throughout the state. Attendees participated in dynamic discussions and heard informative presentations led by experts in the field.
Conference presenters included Dr. Kaitlan Baston, the New Jersey Commissioner of Health, and Sam Rivera, Executive Director of OnPoint NYC, along with other leading researchers and heads of organizations that are at the forefront of implementing harm-reduction services throughout the state.
The conference was featured on PBS “NJ Spotlight News.”
