Quality Improvement Package for Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health

Quality for Teens (Q4T) is a digital package that offers clinical and youth-friendly goals and actionable change strategies to help health centers reduce unintended pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and other unwanted sexual health consequences for teens. The interactive package includes an organizational assessment and tips and resources to implement service goals and make facilities more welcoming for teens.

CAI collaborated with the National Association of Community Health Centers to produce the Q4T package, which was funded by the CDC Division of Reproductive Health.
