“You Matter” is a patient education video designed to improve postpartum parents’ knowledge of the warning signs for postpartum maternal mortality: infection, hemorrhage, hypertensive disorders, and postpartum depression.
The video was created with input from community stakeholders and delivered as part of a research study to determine whether a standardized video campaign would improve patient knowledge. Read the abstract describing the study results in the journal Obstetrics & Gynecology.
