Technical Assistance
Helping improve and implement systems, programs, and evidence-based interventions
CAI provides a range of virtual and in-person technical assistance to help organizations deliver high-quality health care and social services, facilitate change, and integrate new interventions, tools/technology, and ways of doing work. We customize our technical assistance to meet organizations’ unique needs and strengths, and we use a systems lens and current research findings to ensure a practical, realistic experience for our clients. We also use technical assistance to prepare for training and again after training to assist in implementation. We deliver technical assistance in person, through online learning programs, and in webinars, conferences, and one-on-one consultation.
