Family Planning

CAI has provided specialized training and technical assistance to family planning staff and providers for more than 32 years. Currently, CAI provides these services in 11 states throughout the northeast and southeast and two U.S. territories - Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. CAI also serves as the Family Planning National Training Center, coordinating national conferences, training institutes and national expert panels for the Office of Population Affairs. We train more than 4,000 health care providers annually in family planning services, including frontline staff, educators, clinicians and administrators. Through our contract with the Title X Region II Family Planning Training Center we offer training, free of charge to all Title X recipients in the region, on a variety of topics including Family Planning, Women's Health, Adolescent Health, Male Involvement in Family Planning and Reproductive Health.
